Kendra J. Woods
Kendra J. Woods is an Associate Attorney with Rosner, Barry & Babbitt. She was born and raised in Skagit County, Washington. Ms. Woods received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of California, San Diego (Warren College) in 2008, where she received Provost’s Honors.
Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Woods returned to Washington State, where she worked in Seattle’s non-profit and social service sector and was an active member of the Seattle King County Coalition on Homelessness.
Ms. Woods received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2014. She served an Associate Editor for the California Western Law Review and California Western International Law Journal, and was elected Vice-President of the California Western Federalist Society and Co-President of the CWSL Estate Planning Society. Ms. Woods was inducted as a member of the Pro Bono Public Service Honors Society in 2013. Ms. Woods also received Academic Achievement Awards for earning the highest class grade in Evidence and Current Issues in Constitutional Law. She was employed by CWSL as a Large Group Tutor for Civil Procedure I & II (Prof. Weinstein) and Constitutional Law I ( Prof. Smith) classes.
While in law school, Ms. Woods worked in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John A. Houston, U.S. District Judge, and the Honorable Karen S. Crawford, U.S. Magistrate Judge.
Before joining the Rosner, Barry & Babbitt team, Ms. Woods volunteered for the San Diego Legal Aid Society, where she worked with the consumer law team.
Ms. Woods is an active member of the California State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
