Campos v. Long Beach BMW-Mini; BMW of North America, LLC, and BMW Financial Services, LLC

The Complaint seeks relief on behalf of the following two proposed classes:

Class 1: All persons who, in the four years prior to the filing of this complaint, (1) purchased a vehicle from Long Beach BMW for personal use that was equipped with "run-flat" tires, (2) signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract ("RISC") for the vehicle; and (3) were charged "California Tire Fees" on their RISC for five tires.

Class 2: All persons who, in the four years prior to the filing of this complaint, (1) purchased a vehicle from Long Beach BMW for personal use, and (2) signed a RISC for the vehicle that failed to disclose on the RISC the amount paid for registration, transfer, and/or titling fees.

Campos appealed Defendants Motion to Compel Arbitration.
