Our clients purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia from Vin-Mar Auto, Inc. in Victorville. The vehicle was sold with a Limited Warranty from the dealership of 30 days or 1,000 miles. Our clients also purchased a Service Contract through PRco, Inc. Approximately two months later, our clients allege the vehicle began having mechanical problems. After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts, our clients discovered the engine needed to be replaced. Our clients allege both Vin-Mar Auto and PRco refused to repair the vehicle’s engine due to “lack of maintenance.” However, our clients had only owned the vehicle for a few months before the engine failed.
